Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders with a subtotal greater than or equal to $100 will receive free shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please be sure to enter your shipping addresses correctly! We do not manually enter shipping addresses when creating labels, as they are automatically made when you checkout. This means that any errors made regarding your shipping address will not be corrected and orders will be shipped as listed.

If you recognize an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct any mistakes before shipping out your order.

Incorrectly entering your address can cause orders to get shipped back, and customers may have to pay a fee (up to and including the original cost of shipping) to have the order reshipped, as a new label will have to be created.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, the price charged at checkout does not cover the cost to reship an order for a second time. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage or secondhand clothing.

Our clothing is sourced secondhand and may show signs of wear in some way or another. While we do our best to describe each product in detail and provide close up photos, we understand that each customer has their own threshold for what they will enjoy or dislike. If we list an item for sale, we believe the garment is special and has potential to be worn in an appealing fashion.

Exceptions:

  • We made a mistake in your shipping information.
  • We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the order's status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please send us a message under the "Contact Us" section and we are happy to look into it for you. Please be sure to include your name and order number in your message.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

All domestic (US) orders, $100 or more in value, will receive free shipping.
