Frequently asked questions

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the order's status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please send us a message under the "Contact Us" section and we are happy to look into it for you.

Please be sure to include your name and order number in your message.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Thursday are shipped 1-3 days after the order has been placed.

Orders placed on Friday-Sunday are shipped out on Monday-Tuesday the following week. 

What do the size measurements mean?

Size measurements are included so that you can ensure clothing items will fit without having to try it on.

Shirts:

Example: 24" x 26"

This means that an item is 24 inches wide (armpit to armpit) and 26 inches long (collar to bottom of shirt).

Pants:

Example: 32" x 34"

This means that an item is 32 inches wide (hip to hip) and 34 inches long (crotch to pant bottom, or also referred to as an inseam).

Are returns available?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage or secondhand clothing.

Our clothing is sourced secondhand and may show signs of wear in some way or another. While we do our best to describe each product in detail and provide close up photos, we understand that each customer has their own threshold for what they will enjoy or dislike. If we list an item for sale, we believe the garment is special and has potential to be worn in an appealing fashion.

Exceptions to no return policy:

  • We made a mistake in your shipping information.
  • We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

All domestic (US) orders, $100 or more in value, will receive free shipping.
